• No, you do not need any sailing experience to take part in Sailing Week, there will be a qualified skipper and first mate on the yacht with you and your team. They will be able to show you the ropes and you can get as involved as you wish!

There can be up to 8 of you from your team/company on your yacht. Then you will be competing against 9 other companies on the water.

• Absolutely! Get the competition heated between your own team! If you are interested in reserving more than one yacht please get in touch with abi@reesleisure.co.uk

• We recommend wearing something comfortable which you can easily move in (such as lightweight shorts or trousers). You will also be provided with your official Sailing Week Polo Shirt to wear on the day. In terms of footwear you should wear non-marking shoes with an enclosed foot (such as boat shoes or trainers with a light coloured sole). Wet weather gear will be provided should you need it (fingers crossed for clear skies!).

Yes, parking will be available in the Ocean Village Multi Storey Car Park (4 Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TL. If you bring your ticket to the Harbour Hotel Reception they can validate your parking fee. Please note there will be bubbles and beers on board so you may wish to travel via alternative methods...

• Breakfast will be located in the Bow Room of the Harbour Hotel with tea and coffee served from 08:00. A member of our team will be at the front of the hotel to check you in and direct you to the room.
